At Diamond Shores, building stronger communities extends far beyond the projects we design, engineer, survey, and develop. We were proud to participate in the 2026 Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association (HGHBA) Annual Golf Tournament, joining fellow members, industry partners, and local businesses for a day dedicated to networking, collaboration, and giving back to the communities we proudly serve throughout Horry and Georgetown Counties.
As a committed member of the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association, Diamond Shores values the organization's mission of promoting professionalism, education, advocacy, workforce development, and community involvement within the local building industry. The annual golf tournament is one of the association's signature events, bringing together professionals from every corner of the construction, engineering, surveying, land development, and real estate industries while raising funds for meaningful charitable causes.
This year's tournament benefited Habitat for Humanity in both Horry and Georgetown Counties—organizations that are transforming lives by helping hardworking families achieve safe, decent, and affordable homeownership. Habitat for Humanity does much more than build houses. Through volunteerism, financial education, and community partnerships, the organization empowers families to build stability, create generational wealth, and strengthen neighborhoods throughout our region.
Supporting Habitat for Humanity aligns closely with Diamond Shores' own mission. Every day our team helps shape communities through land surveying, civil engineering, planning, development consulting, project management, and real estate services across Conway, Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, North Myrtle Beach, Loris, Longs, Aynor, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, Pawleys Island, and the greater Grand Strand. We understand that strong communities begin with thoughtful planning, quality infrastructure, and access to safe housing for families at every stage of life.
Participating in events like the HGHBA Annual Golf Tournament allows us to invest in something even more meaningful than buildings—it allows us to invest in people. Whether volunteering our time, supporting charitable organizations, or sponsoring community initiatives throughout Horry County and Georgetown County, Diamond Shores believes businesses have a responsibility to help improve the places where we live and work.
We extend our appreciation to the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association for organizing another outstanding event and for continually creating opportunities for members to support important local causes. We are equally grateful to Habitat for Humanity of Horry County and Habitat for Humanity of Georgetown County for the life-changing work they do every day to provide hope, affordable housing, and brighter futures for local families.
At Diamond Shores, community involvement isn't simply something we do—it's part of who we are. We look forward to continuing to support organizations and events that make the Grand Strand an even better place to live, work, and build for generations to come.
