Marian Ambrosino

Marian is Diamond Shores Realty's Broker-in-Charge and also serves our Administrative Manager. She's originally from Connecticut and moved to South Carolina with her husband in 2015. Marian has been a licensed real estate agent for over seven years. She previously worked for an advertising and promotions company in the Client Services Department for 20 years.

Katlyn Cole

Katlyn was born and raised right in the heart of Conway. Her extensive knowledge of the Grand Strand area makes her extremely useful in attempt to reach your goals. Katlyn joined the team in August of 2022, as well as being an agent she serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Diamond Shores. Her role provides support across all departments while developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and community involvement campaigns. Katlyn’s background includes over six years of customer service and hospitality, as well as a year of ecommerce merchant experience. Tori Martin

Tori was born and raised in the small town of Aynor, South Carolina. Prior to joining the Diamond Shores Team as Administrative Office Assistant, she worked at a charming boutique in Downtown Conway, helping to grow both in-store and online sales. While there, she gained over 3 years of sales and marketing experience, and made meaningful and long-lasting connections with locals. After graduating from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2023, she set out on her career journey to becoming a Licensed Realtor. Completing her education at Pinnacle Real Estate Academy, Tori got her Real Estate license in May of 2024. Since then, she has enjoyed helping her friends, family, and colleagues in finding their dream homes, and navigating them through the home selling process. Looking forward, Tori is excited to meet new people, deepen her expertise, and most importantly, help others find exactly what they're looking for.

Tracy Vareen

Tracy Vereen is a native of South Carolina, and grew up in Gatlinburg, TN. She has earned degrees from East Tennessee State University and the University of South Carolina. Currently, she takes pride living in Historic Downtown Conway, SC. 

Tracy is a member of the Surf Golf & Beach Club, CMC Caduceus Society and serves on the Board of Directors for Conway Downtown Alive. Locally, she likes to participate in charity tournaments, area festivals, and other community events.

Tracy has worked in many aspects of the real estate industry, representing builders, buyers, banks and investors in both residential and commercial markets. When she’s not closing deals or donating her time within her community, Tracy enjoys spending afternoons with family and friends; playing golf; and traveling.

Kelly was born right here in Conway, South Carolina and has resided here ever since. Kelly has been a Real Estate Paralegal since 2014 and Realtor since 2020. Corey Craig

Corey was born and raised here in Conway, SC where he graduated from Conway High School in 2001. He went on to receive an Associate degree in Forestry from HGTC in 2003, then a bachelors in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 2007. Corey is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

Corey spent more than 12 years at Winyah Land and Timber before establishing his own land and timber company, Craig Land & Timber LLC. He has close to 20 years experience in land management, soil science, wildlife management, and Timber economics and proudly sits on the board of Pee Dee Land Trust for Marion County. Corey now resides in Marion, SC with his wife Jamie, and 3 children; Boone, Livingston, and Henry Trigg.

Corey is an invaluable resource for anyone looking to find and/or sell rural land acreage.

Bryson Johnson

Bryson Johnson is a driven and well-rounded individual from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who cultivated a diverse set of skills during his time at Carolina Forest High School. As a multi-sport athlete, he actively participated in football, wrestling, and track while maintaining a stellar academic record, graduating with a 4.1 GPA. His academic excellence earned him a scholarship and set the foundation for his continued success.

Currently, Bryson is pursuing a degree in Marketing at Coastal Carolina University. He is passionate about applying strategic marketing principles to thrive in the real estate industry. Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson serves as a Senior Advisor for Diamond Shores Conway, SC, where he specializes in land and development tracts in the Myrtle Beach MSA and surrounding rural areas and counties. Martin offers extensive knowledge and experience in assisting clients with the acquisition and selling of land tracts to include residential and commercial development, timber and agriculture, recreational, conservation, and large estates. Martin also works to help complete 1031 exchanges, create owner and developer participation deals, and works with attorneys involved in family estates and trusts.

Prior to joining Diamond Shores, Martin owned and operated a family farm for 20 years, operated the third largest tobacco operation in South Carolina as well as managed a USDA tobacco grading facility for Standard Commercial Logistics. Martin is a licensed South Carolina Realtor, member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, a Master Mason, 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason, a York Rite Mason and a graduate of the US Flue Cure Cooperative’s Young Leadership Course. He is also a proud father of five children and an active member of The Rock Church in Aynor.
