After graduating from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2023, she set out on her career journey to becoming a Licensed Realtor. Completing her education at Pinnacle Real Estate Academy, Tori got her Real Estate license in May of 2024. He went on to receive an Associate degree in Forestry from HGTC in 2003, then a bachelors in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 2007. Corey is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

Corey spent more than 12 years at Winyah Land and Timber before establishing his own land and timber company, Craig Land & Timber LLC. He has close to 20 years experience in land management, soil science, wildlife management, and Timber economics and proudly sits on the board of Pee Dee Land Trust for Marion County. Corey now resides in Marion, SC with his wife Jamie, and 3 children; Boone, Livingston, and Henry Trigg.

Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson serves as a Senior Advisor for Diamond Shores Conway, SC, where he specializes in land and development tracts in the Myrtle Beach MSA and surrounding rural areas and counties. Martin offers extensive knowledge and experience in assisting clients with the acquisition and selling of land tracts to include residential and commercial development, timber and agriculture, recreational, conservation, and large estates. Martin also works to help complete 1031 exchanges, create owner and developer participation deals, and works with attorneys involved in family estates and trusts.

Prior to joining Diamond Shores, Martin owned and operated a family farm for 20 years, operated the third largest tobacco operation in South Carolina as well as managed a USDA tobacco grading facility for Standard Commercial Logistics. Martin is a licensed South Carolina Realtor, member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, a Master Mason, 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason, a York Rite Mason and a graduate of the US Flue Cure Cooperative’s Young Leadership Course.
